How To Use

Recommended use: suitable from 4 years+ with the following recommendations: take 1 sachet daily for 7 consecutive days, or as frequently as desired, preferably with breakfast. Pour an inch of water into a tall glass, leaving plenty of room for swirling. Shake the sachet, then gradually sprinkle the contents into the glass of water. Swirl the water around to ensure the powder fully dissolves before drinking. It is highly recommended that one week flat is taken for 7 consecutive days. This course can be taken occasionally e.G.
