How To Use

Directions: compresses can be use: as often as desired. Apply at least twice a day. Place the compress with the impregnated side on the sore nipple. Leave the compress as long as desired but at least 10 minutes, preferably 30 minutes and maximum 1 hour . Nipple does not need to be cleaned prior to feeding, the gel is natural and harmless if swallowed by babies.
