Product Information: Medicare dual comfort insole are made from two layers of latex foam. The dual layer foam construction provides superior comfort. The first soft layer cushioning is a closed-Cell latex foam design for general comfort, and the second layer is designed for more rigid cushioned foam for extra durability. The dual comfort insoles are topped with a layer of cotton for increased comfort and reduced friction. These full length insoles ideal for all types of footwear.
