Product Information: Paracetamol 1000Mg/20Ml promethazine hydrochloride 20Mg/20Ml dextromethorphan hydrobromide 15Mg/20Ml contains paracetamol each measure at bedtime, of the concentrated night nurse formulation, contains: promethazine, decongestant to dry up runny nose and sniffles, so easing breathing. Dextromethorphan, to reduce the tickly cough often associated with colds. Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic to relieve aches, pains, shivers, and reduce temperature. All in the demulcent syrup so aiding restful sleep.
