Product Information: Each tablet contains nutrients for normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vitamins b2, b6, b12, c, niacin and biotin), normal mental performance (Pantothenic acid), for the normal function of the immune system and nervous system (Copper, vitamins b6, b12 and c), for normal cognitive function (Iodine, zinc) and as antioxidants to protect cells against oxidative damage (Vitamins b2, c, e, manganese, selenium, copper and zinc), for the maintenance of normal vision (Zinc, riboflavin), for the maintenance of normal bones (Calcium, magnesium, manganese, vitamin d and k), and for the normal function of the heart (Thiamin) and for normal homocysteine metabolism (Folic acid, vitamins b12, b6)
How To Use: Adults: take one tablet daily with the main meal, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
